When has head to head stats not been important? If we rank them according to their h2h stats against the other players in the group, there is only one player who must feel comfortable in any which way.

1. Federer 34-1 (is that for real?!?!?!)
2. Roddick 11-17 (well… subtract 14 from the 17 to get his losses against Gonzo)
3. Davydenko 3-14 (kind of hopeless… 3 victories against Gonzo)
4. Gonzalez 3-19 (3 victories only against Roddick)

1. Nadal 12-4 (Not bad! Only Gasquet has not beaten him)
2. Ferrer 6-6 (Good record against Djoko, ok against Nadal, very good against Gasquet)
3. Djokovic 6-7 (5 losses against Nadal ruins his h2h)
4. Gasquet 0-7 (poor bastard must start winning against these guys)

I do not think this will be the result. Roddick is way too concerned with Davis Cup. Might lose all of them. What you have not mentioned is the fact that 4 of 4 in the red group have been in TMC before, but only 1 of 4 in gold group.
I actually think that Ferrer might take number 2 spot and get to the semi final. Djokovic struggles way to much against Nadal and Ferrer.

    Federer will win for sure…

    “Federer will win for sure”

…from your lips to God’s ears!

Federer’s record is sick! Roddick’s record would be ok 11-3 against the other two. I don’t understand why everybody says Gasquet is hopeless. The guy is in the top 8 and has beaten Federer. He can take nadal tomorrow if he plays like in Wimbledon. He should also get Ferrer on these fast courts. But of course, it’s all up to him!
